The internal company structure of EYEMAXX Real Estate is closely linked to its business model. The general managers join specific know how from different sectors: real estate development, building industry, consulting and funds management. The long-time experience of the general management in the real estate development sector has significantly advanced the successful access of EYEMAXX Real Estate to the Eastern European market. Additionally, the dynamic team of EYEMAXX Real Estate in the head office in Vienna as well as in the other project countries has considerably contributed to the present business success. At the moment there are about 35 active employees in the EYEMAXX Real Estate team.      

In the Vienna head office of EYEMAXX Real Estate there are the legal, financial, marketing and controlling departments. It is from there that the project countries are supervised and operated. By means of an intense and efficient line of communication and information between the head office and the project countries it is possible to successfully process several projects in different countries at the same time. In the local EYEMAXX office, the employees primarily work in three central business fields: land acquisition, project development and marketing. This structure enables EYEMAXX Real Estate to cover all fields central to the development of a project.
