Eyemaxx increases Romanian warehousing plans
Austrian developer Eyemaxx, owned by businessman Michael Muller, is planning to add five more warehousing parks in Romania to the ten others to be built across the country in the following three to four years. The company says it will build such projects in Oradea, Targu-Mures, Craiova, Constanta and Bacau.
Eyemaxx, which has partnered Austrian investment fund Immoeast to build several Log Center warehousing projects across Romania, has also gone into retail in Romania, with a EUR 50 million shopping center planned for Targu Mures. The project is expected to be opened towards the end of next year.
The warehousing project Log Center in Ploiesti should be completed in March next year.
The developer is also building warehouse facilities under the Log Center brand in Slovakia. In Germany and Austria it is also developing residential projects.
